Dutch National Geographic font alternatives.

I want to find a font with the dots on the 'w and 'v'.
The font 'Kelper Adobe' looks like it, but it is to my opinion to expensive for me. I shouldn't use the font again.

Is there an alternative?
A font that looks similar is Georgia Bold Italic. It should be on your computer, it's a Windows system font.
