Anyone have an idea of what font this is?

What makes you think this is a font?

Because I had it installed and I actually used the font to paint this pallet and lost all my fonts when my laptop crashed!

When restoring a PC, laptop or desktop, The first thing you do is buy an external disk. Swap the hard disk of that external disk with your existing hard disk. You will have to go again through the time consuming process op reinstalling everything but at least you still have all the data that were on your hard disk.
