This is the Avicii's official font. Can someone make font out of this? I really need very talented artist.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say no one will help you with this request. No one could. No one would, if they could.

Besides, why would someone use their time to make a font of someone else' design, because you want it?

A jpg for heaven sake! Why not a compression factor of 99% to really make it as bad as you possibly can?

1. If this is the official font, why make it again?
2. Where is that A?
3. Where is that C?
4. Where is that V?

Don't use the JPG format to save a "lined" image. JPG use a destructive compression to save space ans modifie the image.
For pictures, it's almost invisible (with ŕ less compression rate) but for "lined" image, it's horrible.
Use preferably PNG (or TIF) format.

.jpeg is the image equivalent of a 64 kbit/sec .mp3 audio file.

I've searched for this image, and the only page came up was a korean one. Translated to English it says something like that Avicii's logo has a philosophy under it, and others also make fonts based on that (like the one you linked). So it's not Avicii's font, it's just a font based on Avicii's logo's philosophy. Just so you know.
