It'a not "&" in the Green piloww font...

Reminds me the style of the Pointy font : http://www.dafont.com/fr/pointy.font
but unfortunately there is no & in it !!

there is a commercial version, it seems to be the good one. Impossible to be sure, sample is to fuzzy.
