For "HIGH" may be useful Onyx from Bitstream or Tilde

"Degrassi" is custom text drawn by a graphic designer -- it didn't come from a font. "High" appears to be a squished version of Onyx. But perhaps it came from a cut of Onyx that was never digitized.
