What font is this text, I've been told it may be Helvetica Roman, but not 100% sure?

I also need to know where I can download it from for free if possible, if not where is the cheapest place I can buy it?

Helvetica Narrow, comes with Lexmark X954 Forms and Bar Code Card.
Olympia-Medium, B&P, extinct foundry. Also named it Olnova.
Basic Sans SF, Brendel Informatik, extinct foundry.
Helsinki, came with a Brother printer.
