Did you notice that the two periods are not the same? Based on that - I'd say it isn't a font at all - but someone hand-wrote it.

If you'd like something similar look around dafont - there are fonts like Brushy Cre, DK Cool Crayon, Joe Mad, etc. - none of which are it - but are "similar" in feelings.

The other font looks like ITC Souvenir - even though no one asked.
