I don't understand you. This font is licensed under GPL here.
What about at Opendesktop.org? There it's under SIL Open Font License which is written inside the font, too. That's not the same.

this font is licensed under SIL Open Font License (see file OFL_License in zip). Public Domain / GNU GPL are nearest to SIL OFL License from descriptions on dafont.com
