Font Usage & Licensing

These fonts are previous versions of my original designs and are available for personal use only. You are welcome to download and use them for your own personal, non-commercial projects.

If you would like to share or distribute these fonts on another website, that is permitted as long as you email me first and let me know which website they will be hosted on.

Commercial & Product Use

Express written permission is required for any commercial use of my fonts. This includes, but is not limited to:

Logos and business branding
Business or company names
Merchandise and physical products
Digital products or downloadable products
Clothing, accessories, or other items featuring the fonts
Products created for sale, distribution, or promotion
Advertising or promotional materials
Any other use connected to a business, organization, or commercial activity

You may not use these fonts to create products or merchandise of any kind without my express written permission, even if the font itself is not being sold.

I consider product creation, branding, and business-related uses to be commercial licensing matters. Permission to use the fonts for these purposes must be obtained before the fonts are used in the creation of the product or design.

Commercial licensing is available for a fee. If you would like to request permission for a specific commercial or product use, please email me at xoanne@live.com with details about how you intend to use the font(s). We can then discuss the licensing fee, payment information, and the terms of your license.

Please do not assume that purchasing, downloading, or obtaining the font gives you permission for commercial or product use. Written permission must be granted by me specifically for the intended use.
