Sadly, its made by who make that picture. I have seen another picture from her (Claire Belton, the Pusheen author.) that use different font that looks similar to the font in the image in this thread. I feel that both of them are created by same person. She runs cat salon business too.
That's why the text on her website (pusheen.com) especially handwritten text can't be copied because it use image file with text not web font due she wants to protect her property.

I got this image from one of Tjitske's font ID post.

This is one of the font that I search since long times.

Bump. It's not comic sans, too different from comic sans.

Hey, Look carefully. This is a font with variations/multiple fonts files in one font. Not a handwriting.
This poster uses uppercase and lowercase for all caps font randomly so its looks like handwriting.
Uppercase and lowercase for all caps font has variations.
And there is part where it uses the font with real lowercase.
As it looks, it appears to be a paid font.
