Alégre Sans Version 1.05 was promoted when it was published, so I downloaded and catalogued it. It was in the same directory like other small caps sans like Bebas, Bebas Kai and Bebas Neue. When the version 1.26 was released I keep the old version. It is in my E-cataloque on hard disk.

its a version of Alégre Sans NC. But its neither the current version 1.26 nor the old version on Dafont. According to the fontfiles its Version 1.05 from July 24, 2011. Try Google Image Search with "Alégre Sans NC" and find a source with this letter Q.
