I'm really hoping to identify the the complete font, including the border around it. It was free, but I can't remember what site I found it on or what category it was in.. I've been searching using 'initials', 'monogram', 'capitals', 'decorative', etc., but not having much luck.

Can anyone identify this font so I can find it and download it a gain? Thank you!
