Anyone have an idea what font the "NEIGER'S" part of the sign is??

Many fonts are somewhat close but none I have found are a match. Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know what font this is? Even if the original is not italicized like this that's fine. However I've spent a fair amount of time looking for a match to these sharp "L's" and no success so far. Any ideas? Greatly appreciated!!!
