I absolutely love this font but I have no idea what it is! Please help!

I love the font they used in Miley Cyrus' book "Miles to Go." It's the one on the top that has her name. I've looked everywhere for the name of it but I can't seem to find any info or even any mentions of it. Does anyone know what it is & where I could find it?? Thank you!
