3 fonts I need please.

I actually only need the bottom sans serif font. Hammer Jokes I'm good on, but that bottom line is hard to identify.

I'm mostly needing the bottom line of text, but if you know the RES part, I'll take that too.

The top text is Cooper, but what is the bottom text in the black bubbles?

That works if I give it a stroke. Must be an extra black weight I don't have, or the original artist added a stroke. Thanks!
