Can anyone help me identify the font used to write CIA PAULISTA

Can anyone tell me what font the words "blue otter" are in?

Whoa! Thank you! You are the best

Looking for the font that spells out " TAIKO 2 "

It seems super familiar.. but I can't seem to put my finger on it
