Can anyone ID this font

I know the typeface has been warped / wrapped around but I'm sure I've seem it before? Some kind of Psychedelic font. Anyone know what it is or is it hand drawn you think?

I know its probably a custom design as this is from the late 70's / early 80s but can anyone recommend a similar font to this

The Arriba typeface

it's similar to dollar bill but i think it might be hand drawn as this was from early 90's

Like I said it's not countdown, eg the letters b and g arent the same and the spaces in the letter 'a' are in a different location
