I've tried to download it, but I wonder how to make the " & " looks like that..

I've been spotting this font very often whenever I got on board the airplane line.
It's been picking my interest and I feel like I want to use it myself.
I would really really appreciate a help!

(The font I'm referring to is the one that says " Beach & Breeze ".)
