Trying to bump this up to see if anyone has any ideas.

I have to make decals of this little dollars sign to use as a paint mask for a customer and I have no idea what font this is. Hoping one of you smart people can figure it out. I tried this image on whatthefont.com and couldn't get it to work. Thanks in advance!

I'm wanting to identify the font in the "Bless the" and the "before us" part, no the script font. Please help!!
