i wanna know which font this is

i think it looks like a self-made version with grunged overlays... u can see, the "s" is different in EVERY way.

well it's nearly the font i'm searching for... but not the right one... =( I need this grunge style in it

I'm searching for the font, that is used at the word "german" and ".de" i searched for chernobyl and russia but there were no results... =(
please i need it
