Ot looks like Arial Rounded Extra Bold and then they turned on the faux bold option in photoshop and played with the kerning and also they filled in the "O".

The 36 is very cartoonish. It probably has been skewed. I tried to match it with anything from bamblot and no luck. I'm hoping the z is of the same font. It is has some curves to it so possibly.
