Futura Extra Bold - just with a customization on the M

The font of "Black Kids" is Avant Garde Bold with ligatures (for the slanted A) and very slight tweaks.

The base is Crillee Regular, slightly stretched in vertical.
The "teeth" under the letters I, L, A were added in graphics afterwards (but I think you had already guessed it out).

the family is certainly Eras, the weight should be Medium or Bold..
it is a big family of fonts and if I am not wrong, it is a commercial font: try to Google for it and good luck!
