Looks like a Block Style font but when looking closer also has a small square serif. And an unusual "a" character. The word is Cinncinnati

Looking for this font. It will be a Solid font - Not this splattered look. This is the best scan of this image that I could come up with. I appreciate any help anyone can offer in identifying this font. THANKS.
