Not quite.. There are probably more similar fonts to the letters (letters don't have tick marks on the ends) that are not on dafont. Thank you, though! I appreciate anybody else trying to look for this...

Updated original post with two more images... enlarged. Unfortunately, no better quality ones. Did search Eurostile and Gill Sans - doesn't seem exactly it. Hopefully the additional images will help.
