Arial with a thick black border and edited to be close together.

Old Sans Black but edited to be bigger and altered 'O'.

NEED THE FONT OF THE TEXT SAYING 'THINKQUEST'. Found at Oracle ThinkQuest website. Seen it before, sure it's not a free font but worth identifying either way.
