The Rose Steel Part

Looks like Times New Roman

Any help would be great.

Any idea on this font?

Even if someone told me something that was similar I would be happy, anything?

Anyone have any idea?

I know this is probably a relatively basic font. But I'm not really the best font identifier.

Anyone have a clue to what font this is? Or at least something close.
