It is not Times New Roman, I tried typing with Times New Roman on the logo, it doesn't match.

For the Microsoft and 95 text it is Franklin Gothic Book, for the Windows text it is Franklin Gothic Heavy. You don't need to download anything because it already is installed by default. (On Windows)

I tried times new roman, it didn't match. Does someone know the font?
