I cannot find you a link. This was being developed it was called Screw. Then it became Screw Ball or Screwball. The ttf font has this name: scbfs.ttf
I hope you have it in your arsenal.

I don't recognize the Swash P and H but the rest seems to be Caslon Black

I am not sure it is a font, but if I needed something in a pinch, I'd use Coop Bold
