It's like a few fonts - and you know - photoshopped special effects - but a free font that could help you out would be Sui Generis

55 - the "S" is very distinctive and like Claude and Sas - we are aware it is from Belwe... if you look carefully, you will see it is not difficult to modify the face to achieve this....
