I' never sure, but the G's, R's, P's look like Montserrate
It's close to Industry, but not identical (the N is different). It could be a custom font. The governments use custom fonts to avoid forgeries.

As I said, slightly modified. To make the logo they removed the bars in the D and the A, but if you superimpose the logo on Eurostile you'll see that they coincide

If you have windows 10 updated, there is a new Microsoft font, Bahnschrift, that is their own version of DIN 1451.
Similar to Frankfurter but the G is different

I'd say the whole text is a combination of Gotham Ligh, Gotham Book and Gotham Bold (although Proxima Nova is alos close:
