It looks like it is from the DIN family - but a knock off because of the "M"
This is Regular Alternative
In a pinch - I'd look at Byron Light Roman and Light Swash - I saw that "g" and it's the only thing I can think of that might come close....

Don't know it - but it reminds me so much of Letterhead's Signkit Script - perhaps a good alternative for you if you don't find the real thing...
