I've been trying to figure this one out myself. I remember this font -- but can't remember it's name. It seems closer to some manufacturer's version of a Times Extra Bold then (no offense)the Eloquent font

The one you want is from Image Club. They don't make it anymore. It is the one that has the alternate "E" that is in your sample.
P.S. If you notice the "I" - it is the exact one from your sample.
