Christchurs Airport loks like Avant Garde, but it's not. "Bringing the world South" looks like a different font.
The scratchings are not part of the font and have been added later (they are different in the three O's)

Even more. I don't know how to get the font from a webpage.

You can select the text and right click on the webpage (https://www.zeit.de/arbeit/2018-05/kommunikationsdesigner-freiberuflich-einkommen-ausgaben-bruttoeinnahmen ) and click "Inspect element". Under "typography" you can see the font used.
