C'est possible que ce caractère a été fait à la main par le graphiste. Il y a des autres caractères simili-Grecs dans dafont, comme ceci:

This is like a University Roman Sans, but I don't find such an actual font.

One weight is on dafont, but you will need the commercial version to get punctuation.

Possible that the designer took Handel Gothic and made it heavier.
