Not the font - just a substitute

None of the repeating characters match. (3 different As 2 different 2s) Most likely, hand drawn -- not a font.

I don't think it is a font, because repeating letters are not the same (N, E, R, etc.) -- So, if it were my project, I'd fake it by stroking KG Feeling 22.

I think the base of the letters (not the G cap) was from Balencha.
