You can safely assume that the same font is used in the titles of the other videos as well.

If I understand it correctly, the original (pre-digital) name is Filmotype Lariat.

Solopedia by Dan. X. Solo lists it as Lasso Script, other names include Brendel Daniel Script; Novel Laurell and Belinda; Opti Lariat Script; Prima Lasalle; SoftMaker L691 Script.

It appears to be a perfect match to the Latin letters included in many Microsoft East Asian fonts:
Lao UI, New Tai Lue, Tai Le, PhangsPa, Segoe UI, etc.
But I can't find the actual Latin font name.
