Freight Sans Black is closest of the suggestions, but the Starbucks logo has custom lettering from years before Freight was released. Note the tapering to terminals in _S_ & _C_.
Colors reversed by user. Section cut from bottom half of _O_.
Can't see any difference from Vaud Display Black, but it is not currently available.
Vaud is made by Wordshape, a Japanese foundry that in addition to retail fonts, makes fonts for major clients.

movie Steelplate Textura is Deiter Steffmann's rip of Fette Gotisch. They have the same weight and width.
Both are too heavy and too wide to use as a substitute for the Allgemeine Zeitung letters.

Allgemeine Zeitung is a custom Newspaper Nameplate derived from a Textura style font.
A possible inspiration for the Nameplate is Fette Gotisch, designed by Friedrich Bauer in 1875.

The designer would have had to compress the width, lighten the weight and customize details.
AFAIK there is no digital font in this category.
Weiner is derived from a Fraktur.
Ah but there is, I have actually managed to find it. It's called "Steelplate Textura":

I don't know if the letters were made into a font or just copied for repeating letters.
Similar paper cut-out style to the Survivor TV show titling, but different in design. Using a fan font by Thomas Ramey:

A redrawn version of Ondine, with differences, so Ondine is not a match.
