I am trying to help a friend ID the font in this image .... I've done some looking around, not having much luck.
I know there isn't much to go by however all help is greatly appreciated.

I have tried to do font IDers, have found some that were close however not exact.

I am trying to help a group member ID this font. I had tried the font ID program at another site however it couldn't even recognize that there was anything on the image! I tried to 'blank out' any of the background image so that it wouldn't interfere with the actual text/font. Any/all help would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to help someone ID this font - have already tried What the Font and Identifont with no luck...
