I've been tasked with redesigning a Police Department's vehicle graphics from scratch. They want the text to appear exactly the same, so I'm hoping there's a positive ID on these typefaces out there!!

A client cannot provide a vector image, nor recall the font used on their logo. Only a low-res jpg exists. Can someone assist me, please?
