Automotive nameplates, including the ones for Lincoln Continental, were generally hand crafted designs which do not correspond to fonts.
However, there are some monoline scripts that approximate the look of _Continental_ including Artely Inks

I note that despite your repeated request over the past month, nobody has found this font.
Perhaps it is a private font for a comic book/graphic novel.

Wall Scrawler could be used as an approximate substitute.
Note that, unlike many comic book fonts, Wall Scrawler has different letters for the upper and lower case letters.
The link shows mainly the lower case in use.

Note the triangular [Latin] serifs on these compressed letters.
Onyx and similar narrow fonts with a Bodoni style _R_ do not have these serifs.

With the exception of the _R_, the closest font I found is Portrait Condensed.

To make a substitute for NIRVANA, Onyx could be edited to have these serifs, the center line of _R_ should be lowered and the center line of _A_ should be raised

Couture Sans Black has the straight vertical sections in _O_ and in the counters in _B_, but the contrast is much greater than the logotype. Not as close a match generally as Condor Condensed Bold.

Unless the magazine commissioned a proprietary font based on the logotype, a matching font is very uhlikely.
The closest substitute would appear to be Condor Condensed Bold.
