I cannot find you a link. American Greeting had a series of CAC fonts. One was called Lasko. However, the regular weight does not have the B. So this must have been the Condensed version, extended and stroked.

It looks like it is two different fonts.

The a is an alternate, the M looks like a modified version of the alternate m - you can see them here:

They didn't use the italic - they manually obliqued the roman.
I am not sure that Grace is a font. You could try to fake it using ALS Syys Script

Not all Bookmans are the same. This one is named TR Bookman Family and has the g that is used in your post for Dancing
