Looking at the omecomin part, it is definitely Have Heart Two. The H and g could be stylistic alternates, or mayge they were modified by hand.

The O is probably handmade, but the rest is from Nineties

Bighat matches everything except the O’s. You might be able to modify the O in Illustrator to match.
