Wondering if anyone knows the font of 'readers poll' or something similar to it (if I have to add the triangles myself & modify)

I e-mailed 110.fm asking what it's called...hopefully they can help out.

You could try contacting the author direct, see if he's got a spare copy knocking around at the back of the warehouse…
