My guess is that it's Impact. Let's see what others think.

the only question that bother me if that's a modified Impact for that logo or it's a modified Impact as a font, like Lowvetica for example.

Modified Impact for that logo, in concrete lowercase stretched vertically...

Looks like a mash-up of Impact and Eight Track with some creative sizing... works for me anyway!
