Its impact but with various things applied to it to make it look less stock i.e. An outline here in there or being a light shade of gray instead of simple white. As far as things like the logo are concerned, it looks more like someone drew the font on purpose to get the achieved look.

I know I've looked through thumbnails of that same channel and knew it by myself the whole time. No mistake here.
