Not enough to work with for a definitive identification (in my opinion).

Could be lots of things, Times is just a wild-ass guess.

Apologies for that. I was looking at tattoos for that # and this one came up. it immediately caught my interest and I wanted it. someone asked back in 2019 on the pinterest and never got a response. I dm'd the original poster to see if she knew what the font was too. The one you selected honestly looks spot on as far as I can tell.
