Have been trying ti ID this font. Hope someone can help

This doesn't look like a font, it looks self-made.

It's very similar to Yippy Skippy but the i does not have the heart on it in Yippy. There are lot's of fonts with hearts as the dot over the letter i but I have not found this one as yet :(
