Hi Ghulam23adnan,

Often, logos are made from scratch. Graphic just start drawing and made his/her brand new letters without the font. I guess this is the case.

I found some similar fonts:
OptiEdgarBold-Extended
Grammara Normal font

I recommend the font Requesta Bold.
