I found this font a bunch on old niconico/YouTube videos as well as elsewhere (though, I don't remember where) and I cannot find any information as to what font this is.
Most common era I've seen this used was from 2009-2011.
Might be more obscure font but I figured asking here would be worth a shot, as no online identifiers have helped me.

EDIT: Not sure how to delete this thread, as I ended up finding my own font, so I'll edit this page instead.
The font in question is D3 Superstructurism Outline.
