I don't think it's a font. I think it's manually drawn.

I've been looking for this font since the release of this video game, and I finally found it today! This is slightly modified Rotters Handbrush! 😃🥳 Enjoy using it! 😎

P.S.: To write a capital letter "H", as in this logo, you need to write two small letters "t" together, with this font, and then you will get a capital letter "H", as in this logo, sounds silly and funny, but believe me, it works! 😎
